Founded in 1905 by two young Englishmen named Thomas Howard Garner and Frank Jarvis, the name Conway Stewart tends to be attributed to the names of two comedians, Conway and Stewart, who were then appearing at Collins' Music Hall in Islington, and purportedly used as aliases by Garner and Jarvis. But despite the absence of recorded history, Conway Stewart pens have been prized for their high-quality craftsmanship for over 90 years.
